About Me
My background is in organizational and social psychology, and that foundation shapes everything I do. What truly drives my work is simpler than any credential: I care deeply about people. I care about creating the conditions where they can find their own answers, make their own decisions, and grow on their own terms.
I’ve spent 25+ years working with leaders, teams, and organizations across sectors, helping them grow, navigate change, and work through conflict.

How I Work
I don’t tell people what to do. It’s my fundamental principle.
Whether I’m coaching, facilitating, or mediating, my role is never to impose a direction. It’s to ask the right questions, create a safe space, and trust that the people in the room are capable of finding their own way forward. That’s what real coaching is. It’s also why I chose mediation over arbitration. In mediation, the parties decide. Not me.
I work from a place of deep listening, genuine curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique experience. I work hard to suspend assumptions and judgement, and to truly understand how my clients see the world. That presence – that quality of attention – is where change begins.
Background & Credentials
I hold a master’s degree in psychology from Comenius University, and have spent over two decades working across corporate, public sector, non-profit, and Indigenous community organizations in Canada and internationally.
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci), a Qualified International Mediator (IMI), and an EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 Certified Administrator.
What I Believe
If we as humans stand any chance of navigating what lies ahead – in our workplaces, our communities, and beyond – we need to learn to communicate better. That starts with listening. Really listening. It also requires us to understand conflict, learn to navigate it, and develop the capacity to resolve it.
