This website is operated by Helena Hlavenkova ("Helena Coaching"), based in Canada. Our website address is https://www.helenacoaching.com.

We collect the minimum needed to reply to you and to run the site:

• Contact form submissions: the name, email address and message you type into the Contact form.
• Booking requests: any details you enter into the ARTES scheduling widget on the Contact page. Those go directly to ARTES — see below.
• Standard server logs: our hosting provider (AWS CloudFront) records the IP address, user-agent, requested URL and timestamp of each request, as is standard for all websites.

We do not use any analytics, advertising, tracking or social media pixels on this site.

Messages sent through the Contact form are delivered to Helena by email via Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Email Service (SES). The AWS Lambda function that handles the form does not persist your submission — it only forwards it to Helena's inbox.

To reduce spam we use a hidden "honeypot" field and Google reCAPTCHA v3, which assigns an invisible risk score to each submission. reCAPTCHA is governed by Google's privacy policy and terms of service.

Session bookings are handled through the ARTES scheduling platform, embedded on the Contact (and Coaching) pages from artes.helenacoaching.com. Any information you submit through that booking flow — your name, email, time preferences and any notes — is processed by ARTES under its own terms and privacy practices, not by this website.

This site only uses a single, first-party entry in your browser's localStorage to remember your cookie-consent choice (so we don't show the banner on every visit). No tracking or analytics cookies are set.

Embedded third parties (ARTES booking, Google Fonts, Google reCAPTCHA) may set their own cookies when you interact with their content; please refer to their respective privacy policies for details.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosting (S3 + CloudFront) and transactional email (SES).
• Google Fonts: serves the Source Sans Pro typeface used across the site.
• Google reCAPTCHA v3: anti-spam protection on the contact form.
• ARTES: scheduling and booking platform embedded on the Contact page.

Messages you send through the contact form are retained in Helena's email inbox only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to keep a reasonable record of our communication. Hosting server logs are retained for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted. Booking data lives in ARTES and is subject to their retention policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete that data.
• Withdraw consent for any processing that is based on consent (e.g. clear your cookie choice).
• Object to how we use your data or restrict its use.
