I offer individual, group and team coaching for leaders and professionals who want to grow, lead more effectively, and navigate change and conflict with greater awareness, wisdom and confidence.
Individual Coaching
One-on-one coaching is an intimate, focused process. It creates a private space where leaders and professionals can clarify what they want, explore what’s getting in their way, and build the awareness and skills to get there.
I work with people on leadership development, professional and personal growth, transitions, emotional intelligence, communication, and conflict.
Team Coaching
Teams are more than the sum of their parts, yet they don’t always feel that way. Team coaching focuses on what the team shares: collective goals, ways of working, communication patterns, and the dynamics that either enable or get in the way of high performance.
I work with teams on collective leadership, collaboration, silo softening, innovation, and navigating change together.
Group Coaching
There is something uniquely powerful about working with a group. What begins as a collection of individuals quickly develops its own identity, its own dynamic and something shifts. It’s no longer just me and them. The group itself becomes a source of wisdom.
Peer support, shared experience, and collective insight add a dimension that one-on-one work simply can’t replicate. People hear themselves differently when others reflect their experience back to them. They feel less alone. They learn not just from the coaching process but from each other.
I facilitate group coaching series on leadership, emotional intelligence, neurodiversity, communication, conflict, and collaboration for corporate, public sector, non-profit, and Indigenous community organizations.
EQ-i 2.0 & EQ360 Assessments
Emotional intelligence is one of the strongest predictors of leadership effectiveness. I am a certified EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 administrator and often use these assessments as a starting point for the coaching process, providing a new or different level of self-awareness that helps people shape their developmental goals with greater clarity and intention.
Beyond individual use, EQ-i 2.0 group reports offer a powerful lens for collective development. When a team sees its emotional intelligence profile as a whole – where it’s strong, where it’s stretched, and how individual patterns combine to shape team dynamics – it opens conversations that might otherwise never happen. It creates a shared language and a common starting point for growth. Teams begin to understand not just themselves as individuals, but how they show up together, and what that means for how they communicate, handle conflict, and perform under pressure.
